I've been thinking along the same lines, PDX. We have the lushness of the south, the woods, moss and "spooky-ol'-trees" of the mid-Atlantic and New England states, lakes, rivers, the ocean, cliffs, waterfalls, wildlife. The only thing I'd add is a little more tropical influence as I like to swim natural waters - and that looks a little limited here. However, it's a nice trade to live in a place this nice that still gets a touch of winter and maybe even some snow for Christmas.
