Arkansas is a beautiful state...but the populace is pretty dumb in toto...I had the (mis)fortune of buying 3 condos in West Little Rock, off of Cantrell Road many years ago...heck, LR could not 'spell' condo ! I still have friends there, and there are some nice people there....a lot of them move to Memphis, which is really no better at all.....heck I even bought a Corvette from Gwatney Chev in Jacksonville (suburb of LR), and the people were great !...even met the owner himself and his son....both I consider friends of mine...the elder Gwatney (Harold) had sense enough to move out of Arkansas ! He moved right here in Florida...on Longboat Key...lol...about 10 min from me....I guess that says 'something'...hmm |
