Have you been to Taos? Very quaint.

And Santa Fe... go eat at The Cowgirl.. the locals love it and the food is great. But be ready to eat outside! They had the wrap party for The Longest Yard there when I was there last..

I can't think of anything other than that, that is worth seeing. But then maybe I missed something every time I go through there. I mostly go south to visit family.
