I have had the opportunity now to be living and working in this beautiful State for the last three months. Unfortunately the building codes ar lax and the builders are taking advantage of it. Its buyer be ware. If you do not know what you are looking for I would ask a lot of questions. Its the simple things like no Tyvec or something comparable, bolting down of plates, no grade mandated by the county etc.
