I for one like having them enforced vigorously. From Ty-par and water runoff to framing and electrical. If one can't build it to stay for 50 years, regardless of weather. Minus tornado's, and floods, than they should not be built. Ya I know 50 years isn't long, but that is the life span of most plywood
