By Jove, I think you've hit upon something. How about keeping our kids in traditional schooling up until about the 5th grade. Then, until they're 16, they live, eat, learn and work on high-altitude Blimps set up as bio-sphere type places complete with food-growing capabilities then, they come back down to share sports and musical talents - then, they're sent to the moon right after getting their driver's licenses at 18 - and they don't come back until they're 25 and ready to make us grandparents ... hmmm ... outlandish?
