KC, I never had a real prob with ground turkey - but even when I used to eat it, I'd use at least 1/3 ground beef so it'd have enough fat to fry itself - it added muchly to the taste as well.
I don't eat it anymore. Mrs Ody doesn't care for healthy food.
The Xtra lean beef does nothing for me. Kinda like ground-up watch-bands. Mother-in-Law eats it though. Something wrong about that.
