Yes, thanks for the tip, CleozMom! I know this sounds weird, but I've never tried ground turkey or chicken. Do they have a significantly different taste than ground beef?
Would I be able to taste the difference?
Albertsons is great for meats, but yes, a little more expensive. I tried ground beef at Walmart twice and both times I about passed out because it had a really bad odor. I thought maybe it was just possibly bad the first time, but smelled and tasted exactly the same the second time. Down here in Florida we have a grocery store native to Florida called Publix. It's a little pricey, but I've been extremely impressed with their products...especially the store brand stuff...most of the time it's even better than the name brand items.
