Seattle does not get the rain everyone thinks is does. What it does get is clouds clouds clouds and drizzle... what I call "dry rain".

Downpours that drench a body in seconds are rare here, and I have the feeling the other cities on that list get that kind of rain more often.

They will drowed you to death, Seattle will drizzle you to death.
