My experiance hearing about Alabama, other than football is that racism had deeply divided the residence. I all see the films about birmingham and the such. How is the racial climate there today?

If the racial divide is still there, is it strictly black vs white? how would a moderator from poland fair, one who has the mentality of, lets say Markablue?
