I'm not a native, but I call this place home. I've lived in a couple of different places in the state. I'm in my third incarnation in Seattle now (undergrad at UW in the mid-70s; faculty at UW in the late 80s/early 90s; wageslave in the 2000s). I went to high school at Medical Lake (west of Spokane) and was faculty at WSU in late 90s. And, my folks now live outside of Yakima.
