Everybody says I'm strange because I like goat the best. But I have a walk in cooler and let them hang for 10 days before I cut them up. No gameyness taste.

I'm kind of concerned, that Elk is in our Park here in town. There's two bulls and two cows. And then theres 4 buffalo. When I went over to feed the dogs at my daughters house, I noticed about 10-12 buzzards circling over the ravine where they're at. Something down there has attracted them. Hope it's not like 2 years ago. For some reason, one of the buffalo freaked and killed our big bull elk. Hope the same thing hasn't happened.

When I got home, I gave the parks dep a call. Course it being sunday, I got an answering machine. I have to run over in a bit to take care of the dogs again, I'll stop in the park. They have a concession stand that opens at noon. Hopefully they'll know how to get ahold of somebody to check it.
