| Re: Tell me about BULLHEAD CITY
My inlaws were chef's for the Colorado Bell and they lived on the Bullhead side. We visited several times.
Miserably hot. We visited in early Jun and 113-115 degrees was common. I did a lot of fishing in the Colorado River. So I'd get up at 5 and fish for a couple hours, head back to the place we were staying and enjoy the air conditioning and then fish again about 7 in the evening. haha
Dry. I've never seen it rain while we were there. Desert terrain all around.
We went out to eat a few times, but we always went to the Laughlin side so I really can't tell you about the restaurants in Bullhead.
It was a clean little town. People were very friendly.
We stayed at the RV park at the North end of town. The RV park has 5 or 6 houses they bought. We'd rent one of those houses. $60 a night and it was 4 bedroom, would sleep 12. Kitchen utinsels, pots pans, etc were all in the cupboard. Maid service was every other day but just like a motel in that they cleaned, changed the sheets, did the dishes if there were any to do.
