Sorry, but I couldn't help but laugh at this one.
I honestly have no idea about the Florida sprinkler systems in general...we have a lawn pump which doesn't seem to have any foul odor, but then again, I haven't really stuck my nose down by the sprinkler spouts...
So I guess in this area a foul odor from them is not apparent...sorry I couldn't give you more info.
