Yeah, we all have our own preference of what we dip our fries in but it's the Utah stuff I was thinking of.

This is what I gathered from the other forum: *Fry Sauce* is ketchup, mayo, and some "secret" spice. Now this secret spice evidently various from family to family in Utah. Some use paprika, some pickle juice, and some ...well, I guess it's a secret.

So Utahns, are you willing to reveal your "secret" spice??

Our Burgerville restaurants here in Oregon and SW Washington have a "spread" that they use on their burgers that you can also purchase to dip your fries in. It is AWESOME!!!! I am not a fan of the ketchup/mayo sauces and Burgerville, from what I can estimate, uses a mayo, mustard, and dill pickle sauce. It is a "secret", so I will never know the actual recipe, but it is REALLY good!!!
