I have some friends that moved up here from that area. I called them a bit ago and she said, "You can't tell anybody" So here it is.

3 ingredients that she uses.

1/3 part ketchup
1/3 part thousand island dressing
1/3 part horseradish sauce. The kind like you get at arby's, not straight horsradish.
