Yes, I certainly do see your point now! There was really only a dusting over a couple of the high passes between Ontario and LaGrande, a skiff here and there coming thru the Multnomah Falls area and a couple of patchy wet-spots coming from Salem to Otis and again today travelling from Newport to Philomath/Corvallis but in general, good conditions considering I just left the land of ice-and-snow (WY).
