We went to every single builder in PSL back in 2001. Holiday was the only one with the great offer of including all appliances. They gave more footage for the money too. We went thru 3 hurricanes without losing a single roof tile..so i feel very lucky. Ppl don't seem to realize that it doesn't really matter who's building a house, it still has to pass all inspections and codes.
