Thanks for asking. We have not found one yet - she's bunking with us! However, we've been concentrating on work and getting settled before we start an earnest search and she is also on our waiting list here.
Here is a link which can take you to subsidized housing properties - elderly and family - around the state. There are many subsidized programs available and this one appears to cover only Rural Development (USDA/RD) and the Oregon Housing Authorities by county. (Ours is in Lincoln County and is called Seahaven - it is a combination of the two).
