| I moved to Arizona from California. The ex wants to stiff me on child support.?
He's moving out of the state of California as well. Our court order documentation is in Cali obviously. Do I have to do a change of venue or can I just start a child support order in Arizona? Thanks for your help! |

No. Your current child support order is sufficient. You just have to find out where he currently works so his wages can be attached for child support.
