Border Patrol: Zero-tolerance program working

TUCSON - The U.S. Border Patrol said a new zero-tolerance program
aimed at increasing the consequences for people who sneak into the country
is working well.

The initiative is aimed at stopping illegal entries into the country
by increasing the punishment and forcing illegal immigrants to think twice
about trying again.

30 days in jail.. thats all? And we have to pay for it.. how about capture, then DNA & finger print & Personal info recording, implant of a small tracking device, back ground check for any criminal offense, if found in the data base turned over to the country or state for prosecution, if not deportation that same day.

ST until I came to NE Montana i really did not fully appreciate what the Patrol does. If that is your profession, hats off to you and thank you in advance.

No; I am not in any aspect of law enforcement, it is a user name that I picked.......although, thank you for the compliment. :)

However; I am a big fan of vintage restored police/sheriff's vehicles.
