Lots of transplants!

We have had our home for sale for the last few weeks and I have seen so many transplants. Lots of people from Utah, California, New York, Ohio etc. Phoenix continues to grow leaps and bounds and the market seems to be bouncing back. I know we will sell really soon because the number of buyers increases daily and seems our inventory isn't growing as fast anymore. The worst seems to be over after the investors dumped and now we almost seem back to normal. Don't believe these dooms day analyst we have seen a tremendous increase in buyers just in the last week.

Good luck!!! Yeah the phoenix area has always had tons of transplants. Just the Coachella Valley in CA.

Where is Coachella Valley? Southern Cal?

The Palm Springs area of So Ca is called the Coachella Valley.
