Now the gangs are fighting each other over race.The problem continues to get
worse and nothing is being done about the gang problem.

Gangs have and will continue to exsist.. .better then attack each other than people who choose to stay out of them in the first place!

I have seen a lot of work on gang control in CA and here in WA, but that doesn't mean they will stop forming.

The best way to fight gangs is to have the people take back their neighborhoods.
