| Moving to San Francisco and working at PG&E - need help please!!!?
I am moving from Denver to San Francisco in less than a month and need some help, please. I'm a female in my late 20's, and love outdoorsy activities, but because I'll be working at PG&E I am scared I'm going to get trapped in the "concrete jungle". I'd like to live somewhere with trees and grass. BUT, I have to live in the city because I'll be working a ton and don't want to live in East Bay or anything too far away. I checked out craigslist, but it's a bit overwhelming since I don't know the nieghborhoods' locations. I will be travelling there in a week - any suggestions of places to live where I can walk my dog (and find grass!!) but still live in the city area? I'd like to spend about $1000/mo but not live in the ghetto :) I was thinking Presidio and getting some roommates?! Any other thoughts?? I'd like to visit at least 3 or 4 neighborhoods....with less than a 30 min public transporation commute to the PG&E bldg. THANKS for any help - I totally need it :)
