| Paradise Fires, CA
My brother's placed burned to the ground. His was one of many in the area. His neighbor died in the fire. My brother jump in a neighbor's pool to stay out of the fire. The skies have been smokey and hazy for weeks. The sunset tonight was a firey red sun surrounded by smoke. Izzy

Izzy, I'm sorry for your brother. My heart goes out. A person works all their life and is challenged with something like that. They are told to evacuate but after 6 other fires that didn't harm them, they figure they can stay. So they stay and do what they can and try to save what they've earned. More power to him.
