The Skies Have Cleared and It is Hot.

Well, haven't seen smoke for a while. The temps are close to 90 + degrees here in Valley Springs. Which is actually on the cool side for this time of year. Usually we are close to 100 and go up to 113 here. As you all know a few weeks back you could barely breath because the sky was clouded over with smoke for a few weeks from the big fires.

Just got back from camping at Pardee Lake. A fishing, camping lake...with swimming pools. Great place for family camping. Lots of things to do there. Fish, swim, see wild life...like deer, rabbits, woodpeckers:) Lots of shade...considering you are in rolling oak hills. The kids loved it. Took our 30 ft. Trailer.

Tomorrow the kids start school and the movers move me back in my house. Hurrray. Finally a routine again.

Hope you are ok. Those fires have been scary in NoCal this year and elsewhere. Our condolences to any of your loved ones who suffered from this.

We smelled the fires and saw lots of smoke coming into California from Truckey on the 5th.

How's things at Yosemite?

A person doesn't understand what one goes through. I'm sorry. My heart goes out to him and his family. Yeah, FEMA ved trailer. sorry, it's just not the same.

So Izzy, please let him know that I, for one, wish him luck and happyness. There might be some here that don't, but screw them.

Is there anything we can do?
