| Where Do You Stand on Prop 8?
I just post on CD about this...in response to a already on going thread. A hot issue here in CA. Does everyone know about it? Or just the folks here in CA? So what do you think? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/California_Proposition_8_(2008) Izzy

TS, I don't care who gets married either. I do care if they start teaching it in the elementary schools. There seems to be a concern that our kids will now be taught in school...sex, marriage, and same sex marriages. I want to decide when my kids learn about these three subjects...not the school system. It just seems ours kids should remain "kids" and forget about being street wise...until the parents feel it is time. I have always been live and let live. I'm a graphic artist and had gay friends when I was working in an office. Enjoyed their company. But I don't want their lifestyles being taught to my kids. The kids will grow up and learn all the things of the world soon enough. So I'm voting yes on Prop 8. Izzy
