Why move to Colorado Springs from Miami Florida?

trying to convince a good friend that there are more personal and employment opportunities in South Fla than in Colorado Springs

Why not? South Florida really sucks now in my opinion. It is overpopulated and overpriced. I would encourage friends to make that move. You should take this opportunity to get out of there while you can and have a good friend with you in the new location.
