Reasons to move to DFW, Texas from Denver, CO?

I am from Texas, born and raised. I have great pride in the state, as do many other native Texans.
My boss is highly considering moving to Ft. Worth soon, and I am trying to come up with various reasons why it would be great for her. I plan on moving back to Dallas in June2009, and I have all my reasons laid out for me. But, I am trying to ask around to help make a list for her.
Can you help me make a list of pros for moving to Ft. Worth??
I do appreciate your help and time!

--Cost of living is way better in DFW
--Weather is better....at least in the winter months
--DFW has a great job market

Not sure what else to say. Denver is a pretty nice city from what I hear.

i have done an exhaustive search on jobs in dallas vs chicago where i live now and so far there are no cons to moving to dallas... the only con for me is that myhusband works here but the job market for me in dallas is far better than here... housing is cheaper in texas, too and there is no state tax

i would move back to texas in a heart beat( i am from there) if my husband found work in texas
