How much do I need to move to Denver from Mexico?

Hi everybody, I'm planning to move to Denver for several months, maybe 6 to learn english and know more about your culture so, I'd like to know how much (estimated) do I need for the first 2 weeks, I almost get a job with a friend there but I need to rent an apartment, and get a cheap english school, maybe a free one, I'll take my own car.

Can you help me please?

Many apartment complexes will require you to sign a year lease though there are some that have 3, 6 or 9 month leases. When you move in you will need to pay a deposit which can be the price of a months rent+ the first months rent. Ex: if you get an apartment at $425 a month, the first month you will have to pay $850. Since you have Internet, go to rent.com and search apartments for the Denver area. They will have prices too. Find out how much you will be paid at this job so you know how much you can afford.

Don't forget to take into account the cost of food and gas. I have heard it is up to $4.00/gal in some areas.

You can also look on-line to see if anyone is looking for a roommate. You might be able to find someone willing to show you the city. Good Luck. :)
