chemtrails...your thoughts?

How much do you know about chemtrails? I have an aunt who is obsessed with the whole theory about what they are spraying us with.

They aren’t spraying anything those are vapor trails water from the air when a plain moves through the air at the right speed air going over the wings condenses an creates a vapor trail . you see the same thing only on a lot smaller scale on a F1 an Indy car on humid days . the on board camera in a rear view of the rear wind you will see it bye the end plates, when they get up to full speed , also the old fighter plains in a dive up around 400 + mph it will do it on the wing tips.

There can be some truth to it, but I doubt it... I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt though, if they can rpove thier claims. I doubt they can though.. I used to see this sorta thing all the time back in El Paso, as the jets flew over, never once thought "oh my god they are spraying us with chemicals".

But for a second lets say they are, why would they, for what purpouse, and whome.. is this just more XFILES generation bullcrap.. too much TV makes you think stuff is going on thats not.. or is that what they use to do it so you dont know.

This is fun. But I agree with george.. I bet the one that had the trail and the one that did not was at different altitudes.

Such high elevation "spraying" has got to be the least efficient way to spread anything (other than conspiracy theories). Besides, those flying the planes are basically killing or poisioning their own families.

Makes total sense to me!

Those aren't vapor trails - and there is nothing coming out of the back of the plane. Those planes are simply in God's way when he's looking down at us - and what you think are trails, is really just God pushing the planes out of the way with a big stick.

Azi, during the problems that I'd hoped were behind us several weeks ago, somebody posted what I found to be a very informative definition of what a Troll is - I don't know if it was an official definition or if there even is one - but it went something like: Making negative posts with the intention of causing problems.
True, some folks just have weird humor and/or weird attitudes and things just spill all over sometimes - sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worst.
Some other folks make it a habit to post after inhaling 3 or 4 shots of cheap whiskey - I have a brother who's like that - gets home from work at 4am, tosses down some swill - and starts writing strange and inappropriate stuff that he never even remembers doing.
Pan has always been, for the most part, a fine and informative poster and conversationalist in my opinion ... just every now and then, other intents seem to rule his approach - whatever they are. Guess he doesn't like being called on it. Not my problem.
However, this seems like the proper thread and proper time to do something I've thought about for a couple of months now so;
When I was new to the forum, I insinuated that a couple of posters were trying to be "wannabe forum cops". I'd been PM'd by a couple of folks with complaints about them - that I didn't have but agreed with (the complaint).
It was shortly afterward that we got hit with the Troll Troupe - and I realized that a couple of well-intentioned "forum cops" wasn't such a bad idea.
So, I owe an apology to The Dufferz and to Rod Farlee and let me hesitate no longer.
Duff, Rod - I apologize.
And to Pan - come on back if you want - not my call - just stop trying to pee on my shoes! There's good-humor and bad jokes - but ill-humor looks so ... so ... obvious.
