Smile Re: Ahhhh... New England

I used to go to New England every fall for a needlework week-end at The Summit Lodge in Killington, VT. We would drive there from Virginia.

We liked the food and the autumn leaves. It was a vacation for us.

We'd take I-81 to I-84 to Route 7. It was a nice drive.

I love the quaint small towns, the weather, the colors in the fall, the mountains.

$5 a gallon?? Now this is getting out of control. On May 15th I believe, we are suppose to have that protest and nobody is to buy gas that day.

The countyside is beautiful...but it is the syrup.... that is the best!!!!

As for gas prices..usually San Diego CA has the highest in the nation. I don't think they have $5 a gallon yet.
