|  Moving to Hartford, CT?
I was perusing the stats on Hartford CT and it appears to be growing. Why????? Crime in Hartford is double the national average. That's frightening...  Just a tidbit... Did you know that Hartford is one of the average places in America for weather? Right down the middle for highs and lows, precipitation, humidity, snowfall, etc.
