I love coffee. Its not just the caffeine but the smell and the taste as well. I also like chocolate. I was thinking of opening up a Chocolate Plantation. You know a place like starbucks but chocolate instead? What do you think?

Hot chocolate...with fancy creamers. Chocolate covered spoons that melt when you stir your cocoa. Whip cream of course. With different flavors you could add. Carmel hot chocolate:) Izzy

No. But I picture a place that kinda looks like a comfortable den. Built in book cases. Big chairs with ottomans. Small sitting areas, so small groups could talk. A fireplace of some sort. Free standing swedish type that could be view from any part of the room. I'm always looking for a public eating/drinking place with a fire place. Friendly people who remember your name. Also...this may sound funny...but when traveling I always stop at starbucks. I don't drink coffee...but they have the CLEANEST bathrooms of any chain outfit I know. Important factor to ladies:) I always buy a hot cocoa on my way out.:) Izzy

| Re: Your chocolate opinion. Yes, must have a view to sit and look at...while I spend hours sipping cocoa, looking at the fire and watching the weather outside. Wake me when it's time to go home:) Izzy

No loud music please. At our starbuck...the music is so loud you can't hear the person you're talking to. The young employees...crank it up to keep themselves motivated. I don't need motivation. I want to relax. Soft quite music please. Maybe some soft jazz. Izzy

Well, may I suggest a "short-counter" for items with carob and any other chocolate alternatives for the health conscious? And if you have Wireless "hot-spots", I'd suggest clear-covers for the keyboards. And hey, y'all, while it's an idea that needs some development - you really could make it happen in a heavy-traffic area. When I come visit, I'd like a choice of Belgian & Bavarian, Swiss and American - and if you have space, some white-chocolate-covered Peanut-butter balls. (totally ripped-off from Reese's). |

Heard the ultimate way to make hot cocoa..... First, start with some quality hot chocolate mix and make it with half and half, or heavy whipping cream. Heat it slowly in a pan, pour into a cup, top with whipped cream, and you will have the BEST hot chocolate you have ever had. I have tried it, and it is REALLY good. Just don't read the nutritional info on the heavy whipping cream |

OMG, I want to be the first patron! Chocolate peanutbutter ice cream with hot fudge sauce for the hot summer days..emmm served in chocolate covered waffle dishes that you can eat! Waffles and Chocolate ice cream that melts in your mouth. Chocolate flavored lipstick with that hershey's kiss please! Hot chocolate with a splash of amaretto. Soft music, the fireplace glowing, an area with a bar for chocolate liquors... chocolate covered almonds served on top of chocolate cake smothered in whipcream. I am hungry now! Chocolate cookie sticks with peanutbutter dipping sauce. An outside area with bistro tables and big umbrellas to sit and ponder the day away during the summer months. A special room for children with a sitter while the parents endulge. Children love chocolate too! Little bite-sized treats for them to enjoy while having fun with other children. Oh my!!! |

| Re: Your chocolate opinion. TS asked the same question. To be honest with you I'm not sure. I love Ma & Pa businesses and I have seen very successful ones. I am not looking in getting rich, just making a nice living and having fun doing it. Now if rich starts a knocking whom am I to say no! Whats your opinion?
