| I'm considering moving to Delaware.?
I want to know everything about the state. Is the job market good for someone with a high school diploma, and some college. Is the crime rate high? I have 2 school age children, how are the schools. Are there serious racial issues? I went to MIssissippi once and I'll never go back. Also I have a program called section 8, are there many places that accept it. I really need to get out of NYC so any help will be useful. Thanks everyone. Also if anyone has any other state suggestions that would be great. Thanks everyone in advance for your help.
