Not worth it! I went there for vacation, thinking that it was beautiful... and it really wasn't. Half the town is in a wreck, you can clearly see the good and bad side. Also, tons of traffic and security on the other. I'd rather live in the country.

I'm thinking that that is your friends opinion. If you want to move there, do so. You may love it.
