Might be moving to Tampa Bay where is the nicest community to buy or build a new...

thank you for your answer, I visited tampa this last weekend and I found that I like new tampa the best. Cory Lake Island, Westchase and Grand Hamptons all look great. Very nice communities and the homes that are new are very nice. I noticed that there doesn't seem to be a zoning strategy plan in place, one block your in low income housing and the very next block is $600,000+ homes. Not sure why but that is what I found to be true. but thanks for your answer.

DEFINATELY tampa palms (new tampa). I live there now and i LOVE it. the schools are better and its beautiful. not so congested. but it is kind on the edge of tampa, like 25 min from downtown so it depends on if you wana be far from there. if you want to be close to downtown then hyde park is nice.

Tampa Palms and New Tampa are nice newer communties but they are in the woods and very far from any excitment. South Tampa is the place to be. It is mostly middle and upper class communties. South Tampa is right on Tampa Bay and less than 5 minutes from downtown Tampa. Its got that small hometown feeling in a medium sized city.
