moving to jacksonville?

Myself and my wife are moving to JAX this summer. What are some good communities to live in where should we avoid?

Avoid the West and North sides. The area that is called Southside, but actually on the East side of the city is decent. Mandarin is not bad. Ponte Vedra is very nice, but can get expensive.

Stay away from Carter Car Insurance. My Ex-Wife and her new husband own it. She is shady and will do you wrong. I'm not bitter.. its the honest truth.
