i am moving to miami...to what section should i move?

i am 29, i like to have fun, and i DON'T want to sell myself short.

Money is a huge factor. Every day the prices are rising exponentially. Condos are going for $350,000 and up if you get them pre-construction. Houses are much more expensive unless you are going to like is a dangerous area. Good luck. I live here and can't find anything affordable in a decent neighborhood.
