Another Emergency Contact Method

For those of you that have cell phones. Enter ICE and contact's name and number after it on the cell. I understand that law enforcement in several states are using this in emergencies. Quick and easy, both for you and the police or medical staff. That's what I hear anyway. Anyone else heard of this?

I have not heard of this, but will try to find more information about it.
