Has anyone heard about this? It is really sad that one can be fired for such a thing. It makes me very angry.

I agree with you. I still don't understand how some people can be fired for things like that, yet others collect a paycheck for doing absolutely nothing because the corporation is afraid of lawsuits and is afraid to fire them.

Yes, Micheal Richards career is over for getting upset at some guys who were being disruptive and disrespectful, but of course no one is saying a damned thing about that, only that Richards used racial slurs...to defend himself...and how about Grays Anatomy, Washington picked a fight with Derick, and assaulted him, then he calls another one of the actors, OMalley, a fag..will anything happen to him? I think not.

I don't follow Grey's Anatomy, although I've heard that it's a great show. Michael Richards is definitely a victim of political correctness which I view as a total farce. We dealt with so much racism and predjudice in Baton Rouge from African-Americans (see, I'm even bowing to the political correctness!). Evidently, it's their right to be racist towards us because of the slavery issue...but it's a total nightmare if we say or do ANYTHING negative towards them. I think it's really getting out of hand...

On the cell phone video, you hear the hecklers call Richards a cracka but no one has said a damned word about it...no one ever supports thier own except blacks...they do and will support thier own...not once have you ever seen a black person go out of thier way to support whites but whites (mostly libs) will go out of thier way to back them and it is waaaaaaaaay over the top...on the cell phone video when Richards was saying the "N" word, some girl is going, "oh my God, Oh my God"...Like he was killing someone...LOL..if i were there i would've been saying, Right on brother...just like they do....and i would have been screaming, Hey, you started it...you came in here to drum up some trouble and you found it but don't like it...isn't Chris Rock around the corner?

Port St Lucie cops must be doing something right. Port St Lucie was on the last lowest crime cities list, while much of Florida has high crime.

THANK YOU!!!! Trust me, i know ALL that's going on here and there is very little crime here and the cops are top of it but this really crazy incident has tainted the attitude of course...and the media didn't tell the WHOLE story and the real truth of WHY it happened.
