I am moving to Florida in June when should I apply for jobs?

I will be moving to Cape Coral Florida (Lee County) and I want to apply in the hospital system there. They offer a great benefit package and I have a degree in Medical Assisting. I am a very motivated person and I am getting my resume and recommendation letters together. I would like to start applying now for jobs, do you think this is a wise idea? If I do should I wirte in my cover letter that I will be moving in June and I am motivated etc? Thanks!

then when it ask you when you can start working put in your move-in date
