Okay well this past winter and the one before it, i had this problem where i get white spots on top of my hands and on my cheeks....but then when the hot weather came and the sun was out and i was getting alot of sun, i began to tan and the spots seemed to go away...ive read up everywhere and it seems like what i have is dry patches that makes these pale spots and even though i moisturized heavily over winter, i still had them...ive grown very tired of maryland and ive been thinking about going to florida tech because i love warm weather and getting sun...and since its always humid there and sunny...do u think that would help control this problem year-round??
