Exclamation Insurance woes

It was on the news last night that if people drop their wind coverage, they may end up with nothing. If you have a mtg. you still need to have wind coverage. I say better safe than sorry.

How much is wind coverage? Are these all seperate insurances on your home? How much would insurance be on a 300,000 home in Punta Gorda?

The buyer is paying about $4500 on the home we just sold to them with everything covered.

4500 per year that's a little under 400.00 a month. That's pricey.
