Why cant I post a Poll?

I added a poll to your other thread. You have the permission to post a poll, but the forum is not forwarding people anymore when a new thread is submitted. I am still trying to figure out why.

It did not even give me the option. At the bottom it had a check box, but no place to enter the poll options.

If you check the box you are supposed to get forwarded to a page to enter the poll options after you submit the thread.

Did it just hang at the submit new thread screen? That is what has been happening for me.
