Been working on a weather rating system

I've been trying to figure out some way to compare the cities I'm thinking of moving to with an easy to compare and understand rating system. Right now I'm just analyzing weather. What I've got is pretty good so far, but it's in need of lots of reworking, I think. Some cities that end up coming ahead of others, hmmm... I'm not sure. I think some weather patterns are like comparing apples and oranges. I'd say overall it's pretty good though, because higher scores do tend to be better. :)

I probably need to factor stuff in besides temperature, like wind, and humidity and stuff for it to really be useful.

Well, it's a start, anyway. Having the number of months at each temperature is in some ways more useful than the score itself. Take a look, let me know if anything should have a (better) explanation.

I've included ratings of some cities in states besides Texas, so that there's a nice set of things to compare. As usual, it only looks right if you turn off word wrap. Enjoy!

It is a start, but it does need some other inputs, something humidity-related in particular. IME Phoenix is not as unpleasant a place as Houston, not by long way.

To keep my part of the world from winning hands down, you'll probably want a factor involving fraction of daytime hours sunny, too.
