But is it ok for a virgin to have sex, as long as it's not with another virgin? I guess that means all virgins have to have sex with an animal for their first time if they don't want their partner to go to jail. I guess after that it's ok to have sex with a human being?

Was that law was enacted to ensure that every town has an adequate supply of livestock?

EDIT: OMG... I'm getting a case of deja vu here. Have I seen this posted before somewhere else? And responded in the same way???

Let me guess, the next thing I say is, "Or does it mean that people aren't allowed to have sex and the population should just die out?" And then someone will answer, "Yes, that was the actual intent of the law." Is that the answer??

I HATE deja vu! I can never tell if I've actaully seen something before or if I'm just full of it.

Yes there are some very old laws on the books that are never enforced but are kept "just in case"..LOL..OMG....I could have been arrested, i sing on the beach with my bathing suit on!!! I'll not do that again!!! LOL.....Right now i think the three strike law has to be revamped...i do not think non violent offenders should have to do life without parole...pediphiles don't do life without parole.

I think the law in Arizona is if you are an illegal and cross the border you are automatically an American citizen and entitled to free college tuition and free healthcare. You also get handed a drivers license and a social security card along with a new job.

Cool! Does Mexico have the same program set up? Or Canada? If they do, I guess I made the mistake of residing in Canada legally. What if I pretend to be an illegal alien and cross the Arizona border? Would I get in trouble if they find out I was already an American citizen? Would it be fraud or something? I could really use that driver's license- all I have is a permit!
