The real estate market is in turmoil in Florida after the projections said it was getting better. I dunno!

Just gonna have to wait and see. If it doesn't correct now, it will eventually.

it will run it's cycle like it does ever time... about 7 to 9 years it seems.

I have a hard time believing the news when it comes to anything these days. I will tell you why. November of 2005 in AZ if you wanted to by a new home you would be put on a lottery. Thats right a lottery! The media wanted to slow down growth so they started speaking bad about the market and by December of 2005 they achieved there goal. Investors and poeple panicked and dropped there contracts not caring about there down payments. Consumer confidence is run by the media and those so called analyst with there secret agenda's.

The media just loves to spread bad news. If they didn't, they would be outta business.

I say that by 2011 the real estate market should be HOT again.
