| Theory 2
It's kinda a continuation of a previous theory of mine. I had stated that Georgia, SC, NC, etc, the places people were flocking to, would probably become 2nd 3rd and 4th Floridas soon. However, I thought of something. Does this mean that the actual Florida will become less crowded? TECHNICALLY, that seems to be the case. Maybe people will ruin Georgia and Florida will improve or something. It sounds weird, but just brainstorming. |

Why the heck do people keep running from their home state? We left our home state of NY to go to NJ...then to Florida. Now we are moving back to the Northeast. Not NJ or NY but PA Better way of living in Pa and close enough to family. |

Everybody has their own opinion, right? Your parents thought the best place for them was say NJ. that's where they found the best jobs and the best people like them. You grew up and stayed there when you left home because it was familiar to you. Then, like mentioned, the grass looked greener and you weren't bound there like your folks were. I did the same thing. I grew up in SD and stayed there for a while after I graduated. I was blue printing homes for them to build. I got $1.19 an hour. Then I read an article that in Wyoming the pay was better. I checked into it and sure enough, a laborer was making $4.50 an hour just 100 miles from home. Didn't take me long to pack. :-) As to NC, Georgia and what not becoming a second Florida, your close on your theory. As been discussed. There's a lot of people that want something warmer, but they want some seasons. Florida isn't going to give them seasons. So they're moving far enough south so they don't have to shovel partly cloudy. But yet, far enough North that they can see the seasons. It's ok to sweep a little snow off your deck a couple times each year. It's just not right to shovel 4 feet of snow off your deck. haha Plus, realistate is a lot cheaper inside the Mason Dixon.

I for one get bored and want to have new experiences. I could never imagine living in one place my whole life and not seeing anything but!
