What is the traffic like in the mornings going north towards the Perimeter? Also is it busy, a lot to do?

Traffic is the worst in the mornings anywhere in Atlanta, especially going towards the Perimeter! That is a nice area, and convenient to everything, but you will be dealing with plenty of traffic in that area in the mornings, usually between 8-10 and the evenings between 3-7.
